    1. Setting goals and requirements: The first step is to clearly define the goals and requirements of our client. What does the client want from the interior? What is his style, budget and schedule?

    2. Gathering information: We try to get all the relevant information about the space, such as room dimensions, existing features, installations and other important data.

    3. Design concept: Based on information from the client, we create a design concept that may include ideas for colors, styles, furniture and accessories.

    4. Plan and visualization: We will create an interior plan with the layout of furniture, lighting and other elements. For a realistic idea, we can use visualization software.

    5. Selection of materials and furniture: We select materials and furniture that correspond to the concept and wishes of the client, taking into account quality, durability and affordability.

    6. Project Implementation: Once the design is approved by the client, we proceed with implementation, which may include demolition, construction and installation of new features.

    7. Finishing and furnishing: We finish the interior with decorative elements, art, lighting and other details that give it a personal touch.

    8. Quality control: We thoroughly monitor whether all work is done with the highest quality.

    9. Client approval: We will hand over the final result to the client for approval.

    10. Completion of the project: After the client's approval, we will complete the project and prepare it for handover. These are the basic steps in interior design, but they can change depending on the specific project and the client's requirements.

Yes, we can usually implement interior designs in cities other than Prague, if the client requires such a service. This may include collaboration on projects in different parts of the EU or abroad, subject to agreement and availability.

Yes, it is usually possible for a designer to visit your interior. This visit is often part of the interior design process as it allows the designer to gain a better understanding of the space, its possibilities and limitations. During the visit, the designer can take measurements, check the existing conditions and discuss directly with you about your preferences and requirements.

It is important to agree with the designer on a suitable time for this visit and whether it is a paid service. An interior designer visit can be very helpful in creating a design that fully matches your needs and ideas.

The duration of the design of the interior of an apartment and a family house varies depending on the scope of the project, complexity and other factors. In general, the interior design of an apartment can take several weeks to several months, while the design of a single-family house will usually be more demanding and can take several months to years.

The specific duration will depend on your requirements, cooperation with the designer and how quickly all phases of design and implementation are completed. It is important to establish clear deadlines and schedules within a specific project with your designer.

Several professionals may work on an interior design project depending on the needs of the project and the scope of the work. Here are some key roles that may be involved:

    1. Interior designer: The main person who creates the design and concept of the interior, including the selection of furniture, colors, materials and placement of elements.
2.Architect: If the project involves structural changes such as remodeling or interior alterations, the architect may be the key person for planning and building permits.
    3. Builders and tradesmen: If the project involves physical changes, builders and tradesmen will be needed to carry out the work, including bricklayers, electricians, plumbers, etc.
    4. Buyer or project manager: A person who takes care of the purchase of materials and supervision of the progress of the project may be involved.
5.Client: Of course, the client is a key partner in the project and collaborates with others to achieve their goals.

Each project may have specific requirements, so the composition of the team depends on the needs of the project and the agreement with the design firm. It is important to have clear communication with the team and work together to achieve a successful outcome.

For reconstruction, you do not need a building permit if the building modifications and maintenance work do not interfere with the supporting structures of the building, do not change the appearance or the way the building is used, do not require an environmental impact assessment, and their implementation cannot negatively affect fire safety.

We always recommend giving preference to better quality materials at the expense of the size of the apartment/house. In the construction industry, there is almost always a direct correlation between price and quality.
